As fosters and field trip volunteers, you are providing our dogs with the NUMBER ONE BEST WAY to decrease shelter stress--getting out of the shelter!
In this module, our Behavior & Training department goes over the methods that have been scientifically proven to help reduce canine stress, so that you, our foster heroes, can get the most bang for your buck as you offer our shelter dogs a soft place to land. These methods are especially important when you are taking out rowdy jumpy high energy dogs, but are beneficial for dogs of all types.
